Great and decent location to explore Budapest, marvellous breakfast with fresh orange juice, amazing single portioned desserts and excellent coffee. Extremely comfy bed, excellent bathroom and coffee and an air conditioner in the room.

We stayed at a hotel in Budapest for Easter and there were a few things we liked about it. the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, providing us with a comfortable stay. the location was great as it was close to many attractions and restaurants, making it easy for us to explore the city. And lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience during our stay.

There were a few things that we disliked about the hotel. the rooms seemed outdated and in need of renovation.

Modern and upgraded place, it has courteous staff on the reception desk. The breakfast was exceptionally good, we loved lots of meals. The location is marvellous and decent, 2 km from a Roman Catholic basilica. And it's right next to restaurants and eateries. Would return anytime, if in Budapest.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room at the Crowne Plaza. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We especially appreciated the large TV with a good selection of channels. The hotel's location next to a shopping mall and the train station was also convenient. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and convenient location.

The location was great, in the center of the city, you could enter the shopping mall from the Hilton Hotel directly and through there to the central metro station (nyugati). Breakfast was excelent! 24 hours Fitness Center was in the price of the room

There was a wierd smell in the room all the time, and they didnt change us bath towels the second day

Magnificent location to shop or visit the food court, classical style building. Savoury and amazing breakfast to start the day with amazing single portioned desserts to choose from and excellent coffee.

The location was excellent, situated within a very large shopping mall and close to train/bus/public transport. It was also in the heart of Budapest, which meant we were able to explore the city easily. The room was spacious and clean, with amenities such as a mini-bar, in-room safe, and free Wi-Fi. We especially loved the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views.

The staff on the reception desk were all nice and provided excellent service, but the staff in the restaurant could learn a thing or two about customer service from them.

Modern luxurious hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent services; staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Good breakfast buffet. High standards for hygiene. Its location is excellent, within 100 meters of the Metro and train station.

Surprised by a charge of about 20 euros for 24 hours (wireless) internet connection. One would expect free wifi access in this high standard bussiness class hotel

purposely built for hotel with modern technologies (really excellent infrastructure, quiet rooms although the traffic is big on the roads, enough space and capacity everywhere)

The hotel location is in the heart of town near the WestEnd mall and on the Danube cycle path. Rooms are spacious, clean, and have high-quality amenities such as a fridge and coffeemaker. The breakfast has a rich variety and the dining staff are friendly and pleasant.

The hotel could benefit from some updates and refurbishments.

Rooms are large and clean. Staff is extremely helpfull. Breakfast is very good and service from the restaurant staff very nice. Absolutely recommendable!

Charging for Internet 10euros/hour is an anachronism (does anybody really use it?). One can go to the nearby mall and catch a free wifi, however... The room was a bit 'choky' - perhaps they lock the windows at winter; we started running out of fresh air after 2 days; AC takes the air from inside the room so didn't help much.

The hotel had two great complementary features, which were the gym and breakfast buffet. Its central location also made it easy to get around the city and explore. Additionally, the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep.

On the negative side, the bathroom was on the smaller side and there was limited space in the mini-fridge. The lighting in the room was not ideal for working, and the desk chair could have been more comfortable.
